Ingredients:
8 pound pork butt
¼ C sea salt
1 tsp. Liquid smoke
2 C water
1 bottle “Nana Suzanna’s Original Gourmet Sauce”
Directions:
Place pork butt in a roasting pan
Combine Sea salt and Liquid Smoke and spread all over pork
Pour water into the pan
Cover with heavy duty aluminum foil and roast in a 200 degree oven for 8 hours or overnight.
Shred meat and serve with “Nana Suzanna’s Original Gourmet Sauce” for dipping
